Terms of Service

1. General

These Terms govern the relationship between Lacrim Group ("Lacrim Group", "we") and any person ("Customer") purchasing digital products through https://pro.lacrimgroup.com. By placing an order the Customer confirms that they have read and accept these Terms.

2. Products

We offer digital products – themes for the Shopify platform and related files. Each product's description, features and price are shown on its page. Products are delivered electronically only.

3. License

Upon purchase the Customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product in the number of stores stated in the description (by default one Shopify store with one .myshopify.com domain). The license is perpetual unless explicitly stated otherwise.

You may not: resell, redistribute, publish or provide the product or any part of it to third parties; use it in more stores than licensed; remove or circumvent the licensing mechanism; create derivative products for sale. Lacrim Group retains all intellectual property rights in the products.

Lacrim Group may deactivate a license in case of a breach of these terms, a refund or a payment dispute (chargeback).

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in the stated currency and are final unless the checkout page states otherwise regarding applicable taxes. Payment is processed by Stripe by card or another available method. We never store card details. An invoice is issued automatically and emailed to you.

5. Delivery

Immediately after a successful payment the Customer gains access to a private download page with the license key and instructions, and receives an email with the same information. The download link is active for 7 days; the license key remains valid afterwards.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately with the consumer's express consent. We nevertheless offer a voluntary refund policy described in our Refund Policy.

7. Support and updates

We provide email support for installing and using our products. Product updates are free for holders of a valid license unless stated otherwise. Support does not include custom development.

8. Liability

Products are provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep them compatible with the current version of Shopify but are not liable for changes made by Shopify or third parties, for third-party apps, or for lost profits. Our liability is in all cases limited to the price paid for the product concerned.

9. Personal data

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and disputes

Bulgarian law applies. Disputes shall be settled amicably or, failing that, by the competent Bulgarian court. Consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
