FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How do I receive the theme after payment?
Right after a successful payment a private access page opens with the download button and your license key. You also get the same link by email. The page stays active for 7 days.
How many stores can I use the theme on?
The standard license covers one Shopify store (one .myshopify.com domain). You can keep several copies of the theme in that store – they do not use extra activations.
Can I move the license to another store?
Yes. Release the activation from your access page (or contact us if the link has expired) and enter the key in the new store.
Are there monthly fees?
No. You pay once. Features that usually require paid apps – quantity breaks, bundles, upsells, timers – are built into the theme.
Do I need a developer?
No. Everything is configured in the Shopify visual editor and the install guide walks you through every step.
What happens if the theme is not activated?
The theme works, but the Shopify editor shows an activation notice and the storefront shows a discreet banner. Both disappear once you enter your key.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Stripe issues an invoice automatically and emails it to you. You can add company details and a VAT ID during checkout.
