Voluntary refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If the product does not meet your expectations you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

• the license has not been activated in any store, or the activation has been released and the theme is not in use;
• there are no signs of abuse or breach of the license terms.

How to request a refund

Email with your order number and a short description of the reason. We reply within 2 business days.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Funds usually arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. On refund, the license and download access are deactivated.
